This manual is a resource for new and existing Democratic Clubs chartered by the San Diego County Democratic Party (SDCDP).
The primary goal for establishing a club is to strengthen the Democratic Party by building and organizing capable and experienced leaders and volunteers. Other goals are to foster Democratic ideals by stimulating an active interest in the Democratic Party; to contribute to party leadership and responsibility; to provide constructive roles for volunteers in Democratic politics; and to promote an active base.
